The high chromium alloy straightening roll products have the same hardness from surface to core such that there is no hardness drop in applications. Therefore, the series of products show excellent performances and extraordinary
long life span.
The high chromium cold forming steel roll products are manufactured from new wear-resistant materials, KmGG-DT. Benefited from the special chemical composition and heat treatment technology, the life spans of this series of
products are 2 to 3 times longer than those of rolls made from GCr15, 9Cr2Mo, 9CrSi and 3Cr2W8V, also competent with, or superior than, the life span of SKD11, SKD61 (Japan), X155CrVMo121 (Germany), D2, H13 (U.S).
The guide discs and panels manufactured by SiFang have good wear-resistances along with the characteristics of none-stick of steels and crack-resistance. The life span are over 3 times of those competent products.
